• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (OOH applies after 5 PM)

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OOH after 4 PM)

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OOH after 4 PM)

• Bank Holidays: classed as Out-of-Hours

Boiler breakdowns reported before 11 AM – we endeavour to attend the same working day.

Service rates vary by location and time.

Out-of-hours rates apply outside normal working hours.

Out-of-area work may include an additional charge to cover travel and time.

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

All service rates are shown in our current PlumbCall price list.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted methods: card payment, bank transfer or approved finance options.

Failure to make payment may result in additional charges or collection action.

Finance options are offered through TradeHelp Ltd and Novuna Personal Finance, subject to status and credit check.

Applicants must have 3 years’ UK residency before applying for finance.

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to all finance applications.

If cancelled within 14 days, payment of the outstanding balance will be required by alternative means.

Cancellations for standard (non-finance) work must be made with reasonable notice.

Workmanship is covered by a 12-month labour guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Manufacturer warranties apply to specific boilers and products (e.g. up to 12 years on selected Worcester Bosch boilers).

PlumbCall is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.

TradeHelp Ltd acts as a credit broker and introduces customers to Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, also authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Finance is subject to status and credit check.

No commission is received for introductions.
